Rodney holds an honours degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from Auckland University. He is a mergers and acquisitions specialist with more than 20 years experience and more than 50 acquisitions completed. Rodney has always focused on very specific industries where he has been able to acquire the very best businesses within those industries while implementing long term industry aggregation strategies, both as principal and as facilitator. For the last 20 years Rodney has acquired and merged retail, commercial and industrial businesses all over New Zealand, Australia and Europe.
